It is of the utmost importance that our customers feel safe & comfortable when shopping with us, therefore MEG Original does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) for any reason.

We are happy to consider rush orders. If you have a need for fast delivery, please drop us a line before your purchase is made and we will gladly (& quickly) notify you of the availability & shipping cost of your rush order.

We are only able to accept returns that have been purchased from MEGoriginal.com. If you need to return something you bought elsewhere please contact the retailer where you purchased it for their instructions.
We will accept returns purchased from MEGoriginal.com within 30 days of purchase.

Include your packing slip or a note that includes your full name and shipping address along with order number if possible. Please include an explanation of why you are returning your purchase so we can learn more about our products. This will help us in our goal to have the best baby linen's on the market.
Returns must be received in the same condition we sent them in. They must be unwashed and and unused with tags.
We strongly recommend returning items using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for your return until it is delivered. You will want to be able to track it just in case there is a problem with delivery.
Returns can take up to 30 days to process once we receive them. Please note that the refund will show within 1 - 2 billing cycles on your credit card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
